Who will become a Meddie this year?

This past May the Meddies graduated two fantastic seniors: David Yee and Michael Krohn. Although it was certainly sad to return to campus without Mike and Dave on hand, the Meddies remain optimistic as ever this year.

The fall semester begins once again, and there is something 'fresh' and exciting on campus: the arrival of a new class.

Friends, it is recruiting season, and the eleven men of the Meddies eagerly await another select group of freshmen to join their ranks.

There is no set criteria for what the Meddies are looking for this year, or any year for that matter, but to be sure, Meddies must always bring "the fire."

To be a Meddie means more than just being a singer. To be a Meddie means being part of a brotherhood that carries with it a unique history, lasting friendships, and a wealth of invaluable and hilarious memories. Indeed, performing is the group's passion, and we do it very well whenever we're on, but at the end of the day, it is the camaraderie on and, more importantly, off stage that is paramount.

Whether it is at social events at Bowdoin or partying at other colleges when on a trip, or sitting for hours next to each other on a plane or car whilst on tour in California or Korea, the experiences gained over the four years as a Meddie will last for a lifetime.

So, who will join the brotherhood this year? Will you?
